   With this being an oil I was expecting it to taste awful but it really isn’t bad. You are not supposed to spit it out in your sink. I do spit it in my waste basket once. It makes my whole bathroom smell like mint. After that I use an empty water bottle. It does make your mouth feel extra clean. The toothbrush is the best and the tongue scrapper is the icing on the cake. I haven’t noticed my teeth being any whiter but this is my first bottle. Will continue to use. The real test will be when I get my teeth cleaned in a couple of months.

   I just came across this because I wanted to try oil pulling, so I typed it in Amazon because, well, Amazon has everything.TADA! This stuff appeared. I shrugged and thought to myself, “why not, it’s not that expensive and it has great reviews”…one of the best decisions I’ve ever made lmaooo.It actually tastes good. Not like, wanting to swallow it good, but it tastes present…very clean, minty, and fresh. It’s not too thick, not too thin. And my breath smells free of virtually anything after using it. Teeth do look whiter, too.The toothbrush is super soft. It feels like a massage for your guys but still effective. And the tongue scrubber is PERFECT (it’s real metal). Definitely worth it. Will be a regular buyer from this point on.

   I like how clean it makes my mouth feel! I did notice some whitening of my teeth using it alone, but when I combined it with Hello Brand Charcoal w/Coconut oil Toothpaste and MySmile Whitening Strips, the whitening process really amped up. Using each one alone didn’t really do as much as I expected.I also use a Waterpik and an electric toothbrush. Mainly because of the charcoal toothpaste. It’s so messy.I love the ultra-soft fat head toothbrush though, and tongue scraper that came with it. I use this toothbrush in between regular brushings. It’s soooo soft!!! I will admit that Amazon had to send a 2nd shipment because the scraper was missing from the 1st shipment, but I still give it 5 stars because of the quick response and even quicker replacement shipment.I don’t know about the other health benefits that oil pulling profess since I’mnew to it, but if it keeps me healthy and causes shorter visits with the dentist, I’ll continue doing it. I’m all for a healthier liver and toxin free body!!

   I thought I’d try oil pulling and started out using coconut oil and just couldn’t find it easy to do. This product is so much better and easier and much tastier to use. I’ve only been using a week and started out swishing for about 10 minutes and have worked up to 20 minutes. Mouth feels so clean and already notice them being a bit whiter. I recently had a dental appt. and asked about it and they weren’t against it and have actually noticed people’s teeth being better after using. Only time will tell when I go back for my 6 month check to see if it’s really helped my overall oral health. I’m a fan and LOVE the toothbrush that comes with this and ordered a couple extra ones. I will be ordering again:) Thank you!

   As someone who has dabbled in oil pulling for a decade, this is by far the best experience I’ve had with an oil pulling product. I’ve only been using it for 2-3 weeks and I already notice my teeth getting whiter, my mouth feels overall much cleaner than it does just brushing and flossing, and I’ve noticed my gums look healthier as well. I can’t wait to see what my results are in a few months.

   This product is amazing. I know this blew up on tiktok. I started using it before. It makes your teeth feel so clean and they look so white. And the way my teeth feel is unbelievable. I’ve had a cavity that I havnt got took care of yet, and since using this it’s gotten lighter and dosent hurt.The toothbrush that this one comes with is honestly the best toothbrush I’ve used. It’s very soft and it gets your whole tooth. I didn’t think I’d like the toothbrush because of how soft it was. And the first time I used it, it was weird. But I really like it. I say spend the money on it. It’s a great product!
